Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Services will be held on Novemat 11 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held Monday, Novemat Voss Funeral Service from 4 to 8 pm and on Tuesday Novemat Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Tom is survived by his wife Carolyn, son Travis Lee (Sherry) Traub, daughter Lori Sue (Greg) Lustig, grandchildren Kyle (Natalya) Lustig, Tyler Davis, Elexus (Blade) McKinney, Piper Asher, Gwyneth Morris, TJ Traub, and Trent Traub, great grandchild William Lustig, brothers Donnie Joe (Gail) Traub, John Mark (Julie) Traub, sister Karla Beth (Andrew) Drewes. He also liked watching old westerns and cooking shows on tv and playing games on his computer and phone, and also a NASCAR fan, but most of all enjoyed being with his family and friends. He played on a traveling fastpitch softball team in the 70’s for DJ’s Party Supply. Tom was a avid Cubs fan and a closet Cardinals fan. He retired from R and R Donnelly as a printer. Tom was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Eagles club. In 1965 at the Bethseida Church in rural Dieterich, Il he married the love of his life Carolyn Mills. Tom was born in 1946 in Effingham, Il to the late Fredrick Joe Traub and Alliene Kluthe Traub. Traub 75 of Seymour, IN passed away at Columbus Regional Hospital on November 19, 2021.
